For those who are looking for a tool to monitor their Windows Phone handset, Phonometer offers some useful features and also quick access to several configuration areas.
Simple interface, with clear graphics
The application offers a friendly GUI that has some well drawn graphics inside set against a background dressed all in red. The nice images for shortcuts and phone parameters are accompanied by a very smooth navigation through the various sections of the utility.
All the data is presented in an easy to read manner, avoiding clutter, but there are some noticeable nuisance following you in every screen and they are represented by the continuously changing advertisement banners.
Quick overview of important system data in multiple screens
Phonometer is able to read quite a few parameters related to the current status of the system and thus you will be able to see information like the amounts of free and used space, with a graphical representation inside the corresponding section.
The present battery level and an estimate of the remaining time are also available, while from the "Network" area you can view the data connection details, with some quick shortcuts for accessing some related settings.
To see how long has passed since you restarted your phone you can pay a short visit to the "Uptime" section.
Photo and music files info and system shortcuts close at hand
This utility can let you know how many images are stored onto your device and in how many albums they are grouped under, with other details concerning the total and average picture size. In a similar manner, you can get relevant information about the audio files from the local storage.
There is also a handful of shortcuts to certain system areas you may visit regularly, like the wi-fi and Bluetooth configuration, cellular, lock screen, email accounts or airplane mode settings.
