Manage Access 1.0.0.0

Get an easy to use virtual safebox to store credentials you use for accessing online or offline content
The personal data is as private as the measures of protecting it are secure, so most of those who have a lot of usernames and passwords to take care of will usually go for a specialized storage solution that uses encryption to safeguard the data.

If you are on the lookout for such an app to use onto your mobile device, Manage Access can offer a decent alternative for your Windows Phone handset.

Cool looks with a set of neat graphics

This application comes with a really nice interface, which offers some well designed visuals that are set against a stylish background. The icons for the existing categories are carefully drawn and very representative as well.

Navigating among the stored entries and categories is straightforward, without any kind of delays, but there is a bit of a bother when adding or editing data.

More precisely, the form you are filling with info cannot be moved after a field is selected, so in order to move to the entry box below the one you are writing in at the moment, you will have to close the virtual keyboard.

Easily store logins and passcodes for quick access

Manage Access offers a good assortment of categories in which you can add the data you want to protect. Unfortunately, you will not be able to modify the categories or create new ones, so if you cannot find a suitable one for a certain password, you can use the "Other" folder to store those credentials.

Entering the necessary details is a very simple task and you can assign a certain name for each entry, provide the user ID, password and the website that it is used on, as well as add a description that is relevant for that item.

The app enables you to edit the entries just as easily and you can remove entries that are no longer needed either individually or all at once from a selected category.

Bottom Line
Design / UI9

The friendly GUI and its neatly designed graphics are quite nice to look at and also very easy to work with.

Function7

Manage Access offers a decent method of adding and protecting passwords inside an encrypted storage space, but it lacks some basic features that are available in many similar apps.

Security10

There are no worries from the security standpoint, as the utility doesn't need any access permissions to look into sensitive areas of the system.

Battery7

The battery usage is well above moderate for this application because it needs a rather high amount of energy to function properly.

Price8

This tool can be a decent choice for any user who is not looking for too many features from such an app and only needs to add some passwords to a secure storage.

Compatibility9

Most Windows Phone users will be able to enjoy this utility onto their mobiles, as it runs on any device that is powered by at least version 7.5 of the operating system.
