The commands are all placed at hand, making the operation of this app a breeze. Also, going through the numerous sections of Imagine Cam is smooth and glitch-free.
Automatic and manual control over the camera functions
The app is ready to help you take pictures without having to go through any configurations, but or those who prefer to do all the adjustments themselves, the manual mode is ready to be used.
Some simple sliders can be used to set the desired levels for white balance, ISO sensitivity, exposure time and compensation. There are several preset scenes you can go for, so it is not too different from any regular digital camera you might have encountered.
Focusing on a certain object or area can be done by simply tapping the respective point on the live screen view or by moving the focus semicircular slider. This is, however, not posile when using the front-facing camera.
Advanced capture settings
The application will make it possible for you to capture burst shots, as it enables you to select the desired number of pictures to take in one go from 1 up to 15.
Activating the grid lines may help in framing the subject a lot better, while there is also an aspect ration option you can enable, namely the one for taking wide shots, in 16:9 format.
Image editing on the go
Imagine Cam provides you a good deal of editing commands that can be put to good use when you need to personalize or enhance any of the pictures you took and are stored onto the mobile device.
Thus, there are plenty of special effects, frames, filters and other enhancements, including image resizing, cropping and other types of adjustments. Unfortunately, some of the filters and frames have to be purchased to save the pictures where they are applied.
