The simple interface of this tool can be tweaked so as to use a humorous picture as a panorama background, which will definitely make it more appealing. Also, the live tiles you can pin to the Start screen can be configured to change the images automatically for a full effect.
Sometimes displaying the images or videos may have a significant delay and there are ever-present, continuously changing ad banners that will follow you every step of the way, as they are show up in all the sections of the application.

The sharing abilities as well as the support for saving the pictures locally are more than welcomed, something that cannot be said about the frequent crashes of the app that ceases to work out of the blue. |

The application will have to access the phone dialer, as it can send SMS messages containing links to the funny images and clips, but it also peeks into the owner and phone identity for some reason. |
