This utility is meant for encoding the text messages send via SMS or through the email client with a password that is shared with the recipient.
Simple yet well designed and easy to use interface
This app offers a nice appearance, featuring an inspired background image and an unsophisticated layout that makes it very easy to access all the features. The main commands, which are only two in all, are conveniently placed in the menu available in the lower side part of the screen.
Switching between the two functioning modes is flawless and the only major drawback from the visual perspective is the presence of the flashing ad banners right under the "Password" box.
Quickly encrypt and decrypt messages
EnkrypTo is very easy to operate and after writing down the message, you can add a password and mask the text on the spot. The options for encoding the content include several possibilities, like adding the instructions on how to decode the communication, inserting the password in the SMS or email (not the safest method) or including a hint to make it very easy for the other person to guess the passkey.
In case you already provided by other means the recipient with the password you will use, none of these options will be necessary and you can send the masked content straight away. Decrypting the message is done from the dedicated area by providing the password and pressing the "unmask" button.
