Clipr 5.3.0.0
Those who want to take up such tasks and use their Windows Phone as the editing environment can try out a number of apps that were tailored specifically for such purposes and Clipr is one of them.
Appealing looks and a friendly design
This application greets you with a great looking interface that features a cool background and some really inspired graphics that are consistent from end to end.
The functions and tools are easy to access and the intuitive layout makes it a breeze to work with Clipr. Also, moving from one menu or section of the app into another is smooth and lacking any kind of lags or other flaws.
The workspace is pretty well-sized, allowing you to carry out the editing onto a generous canvas, with a responsive display that reacts fairly quickly to each modification and displays the changes promptly.
Choose the input type and start editing
The utility is able to handle photos that are already stored inside your local library, but you can also have it use the on-board camera to take new pictures and personalize them on the spot.
With the source image selected, you can start making the selections to separate the foreground and background areas of the pic.
In case you want to go back one or more steps, simply tap the "Undo" button, while there is also a "Reset" function that will help you revert to the original photo.
Merge pics or blur selected areas, then add effects
As soon as you decide which portions to keep as foreground and which as background you can move on and pick the type of action you want to carry out, as Clipr allows you to combine images, add a blur effect or edit them, but this latter option is only available for those who purchase a license.
The intensity of the fuzziness you can apply to the photo is easy to adjust using the slider control and once you get that done or after you add the second picture to use for the merging feature, this utility allows you to include some cool looking filters.
These effects are grouped in two categories, artistic and enhance and in both cases you can view inside the dedicated menu small previews of how each of them will look like onto the photo.
