Windows Phone users can enjoy a specialized application that is made just for this purpose and which has a suggestive name: Best World Clock.
Great looking graphics for a nice and easy to use front-end
The appearance of this utility is very well made, featuring a lot of carefully drawn and appealing GUI elements, that have a polished look. The inspired choice in colors and images is kept throughout the application.
The navigation inside the long list of countries or through the clocks added in the main screen is done seamlessly, without lags or other glitches.
The only visible drawback is the presence of some animated ad banners that keep on flashing in the lower side of the screen. Also, from time to time, when the utility starts, you will be prompted to rate the app.
Add cities to the main list and manage them on the fly
Best World Clock comes with a few entries added by default and you can add others following a couple of easy steps. Thus, you can input the city's name and pick the country then add it with one tap. In some cases, depending on the country they are in, for some cities you will also have to specify the state
Displayed in the order they were added in, with the latest entries on the top of the list, the clocks cannot be arranged otherwise, but you can remove them using the dedicated feature of the app that is hosted in the same screen where you input the data for creating the fresh entries.
For each city you can view the current local time and the difference from GMT, which is used as reference. Also, the tiles indicate whether in that location the sun is still up or if the night has come. Nonetheless, it could use a simpler method of picking the country, as going through the list every time can be time consuming.
