Simple yet customizable looks
This app has a relatively plain appearance, with most of the space inside the main screen reserved to the preview of the posters you are about to generate.
The commands are easy to access by tapping the graphical elements and there are some functions also in store inside the main menu at the bottom of the screen.
You can modify the app's background by picking a different color or selecting a picture, but you will remain stuck with the ad banners that are constantly changing.
Put together personalized posters on the fly
Be Calm offers you the possibility to make some really nice images using only some really basic tools. Thus, you can write down the texts you want to be displayed by tapping any line of text inscribed by default on the sample poster.
The font size is set to be large by default, but there is a switch you can use to reduce the typeface dimensions so as to accommodate longer text strings if necessary. Also, the font and graphics color can be selected from the hues available in the dedicated section of the app.
The image that sits at the top of the poster can also be replaced using one of the numerous pics that come by default with this application.
View posters on the live tile and share them
Once you have finished working on a poster, you can admire it inside the main screen of the app and then have it displayed onto the Start screen in the form of a live tile that flips to display the graphics one one side and the text on the other. Wide tiles are also supported and they will show everything without having to turn on any of its sides.
The cool images you create with this utility can be easily shared through SMS or email messages, as well as via social networks. Saving them as lock screen wallpapers or as simple pictures on the local storage is another ability that Be Calm has.
