With Timer Auto-Camera, you needn’t worry about that anymore. It’s designed to look like a real-life camera with controls on the bottom of the display, and it’s intuitive enough to let you know what you need to tweak to get the desired results. Plus there’s a visual guide at launch. The camera-inspired UI is a really nice touch, but the buttons are too close to one another and the gallery isn’t where it’s supposed to be.
Switch between settings with ease
The various knobs on the camera UI let you swap between photo and video, the timer intervals, zoom in and out, etc. The “clap” button lets you clap your hands and take a shot instantly, but this requires an in-app purchase. Same goes for effects and other perks.
You simply select your interval (from 5 to 60 seconds with five second increments in between), place the camera where you want it, get back in the group, and wait for the timer to go off. You can select one of three audio feedbacks.
Intrusive ads
RV AppStudios is one of those developers tries to monetize its apps at any cost. Case in point, Timer Auto-Camera is chock full of ads, while the upgrade option doesn’t say anything about in-app purchases removing these ads. Also, RV AppStudios constantly asks for your review in the App Store.
