Relationships aren’t easy and they take a lot of work. Of course, efforts have to be made by both partners and if there’s trust and love, things should work out. In most cases, at least.

Marriage Material, however, is an app that wants to get ahead of things and tell you from the get-go if your relationship is going anywhere and if you’re heading for the altar or not. The newly launched app was reportedly built after the creators worked with dozens of relationship experts to come up with the right algorithms.

Answer questions

What the app does is let you take a few quizzes and analyze the data you share to tell you whether or not you and your partner are compatible. If that doesn’t take you back to your teenage years when you’d check out various magazines and take a million quizzes for fun, I don’t know what will.

The app starts off by asking a little bit about yourself, such as you gender and the year you were born, as well as your sexual orientation. It then wants to know the gender and name of your partner so it can give you a feeling that the answers of the quizzes are personalized to your own relationship.

Sure, these questions are fun to answer, but before you even get the results back you should have a pretty clear picture on how things are going to go. The “60 Second Healthcheck,” for instance, lets you pick between a series of leveled answers, ranging between “strongly agree” and “strongly disagree” and after each answer is given the app asks how important this particular issue is to you.

Buy more quizzes

There are a few quizzes available for you to take, but you’ll have to shell out some cash to buy the entire bundle. Admittedly, however, the price is quite low since it only costs €0,99 to buy the 12 available tests.

The app recommends that you take at least a few of them in order to get a better view on your relationship and whether or not the two of you are a good match and have a future ahead of you. Whether you trust this type of tests or not is up to you, but I’ll have to admit they’re fun to take.

You can add as many relationships as you want in case you’re involved with multiple people and can’t decide which one to pick.
