Back up and donate to projects in development
Connect to the app via Facebook or create a new account, and start scrolling through thousands of open, in development, or completed projects on Kickstarter platform. Select one of the 15 categories available, including arts, crafts, design, film&video, games, music, photography and more.
Tune your search by selecting a sub-category that just popped out and have fun. You can always use the staff picks, popular and nearby criteria whenever you feel over encumbered. Find a project which intrigues you, donate and back it up. When the project you selected reaches its milestone, the work is started on it, and soon you will be able to enjoy the project in its final form. To keep track of it, simply star your backed project and the app will remind you some time (48 hours to be precise) before it comes to an end.

Even if it is your plan, or backing up someone, Kickstarter app for iPhone keeps you in touch with all the followed categories. Through an in-app newsletter method, the app will offer you relevant information regarding projects, project updates, news and events, as well as offering social notifications regarding friends or new followers backing up the projects.
