CircleMe 1.35
In recent years, there’s been quite a few interesting ideas for such networks and CircleMe is one of them since it bases on people’s interests. Do you like Pizza? How about Italy? Music? Movies? Photography? That’s great! Jot it all down, add up your interests and then get content based on these.
Not only will you be able to collect things you like, but you’ll also be able to “plant” them around town, allowing others to see cool spots and cute things since you can associate any of your Likes with a real-world location.
A different kind of network
You can search out people and add them to the list of users you trust. This means that you actually trust their tastes and that they’ll help you discover new things that may or may not be right up your alley in terms of interests.
Aside from liking things and geolocating any of your passions, you can also mark anything as something to check out by using the ToDo button. Additionally, you can upload a picture to exemplify any of your passions.
The main feed will provide information about all the things you’ve added in your lists, but the Category Chooser will help filter through the Likes, ToDo’s and Plants. The Discovery section will help you find more interesting topics that you might want to look into on the longer term. Opening any of the entries will give you more information about it, including tags, people who liked it or added it to a ToDo list, posts and more.
Give it a try if you're bored
All in all, CircleMe is a cute tool if you want to try out an alternative type of social network, one that’s more focused on what you like than the people you connect with from your list of buddies. Basically, CircleMe is about you and what you want more than anything.
This is a social network that should work just fine for those who want to tune out the chatter that drowns Facebook and Twitter and focus on people’s interests.

The design is nice, but a bit too cluttered |

CircleMe is a bit confusing to handle for first-time users |

Battery9
No unusual battery drainage issues |
Price10
App is completely free |
Compatibility10
CircleMe requires iOS 6.0 or later |
Try it out if you have a few minutes, but we don't guarantee you'll do back
