The free storage is available only for 2 years

Good news for those who use Microsoft's OneDrive cloud storage service, as the Redmond-based company now offers no less than 100GB storage for free.

While this is not the first time the company offers this much storage for OneDrive users, previous promotions were kind of limited. This time anyone using OneDrive or even new users will be able to take advantage of the promotional offer.

This is particularly useful for those who only have 15GB of storage on OneDrive, like me, but it will certainly not matter for those who have unlimited space.

Nevertheless, it's nice that Microsoft has thought that OneDrive users might need more than 15GB storage, even if just for a limited time.

Yes, the 100GB free storage is only available for 2 years from the moment you add it to your quota, but that should be plenty of time to decide whether or not OneDrive is a useful cloud storage service.

In order to take advantage of the offer, simply head over to OneDrive Bing reward promo website and log into your One Drive account. The application will ask you for some permissions.

One of these permissions refers to adding bonus storage to your account, so as soon as you agree, your will be rewarded with 100GB of free OneDrive storage for 2 years.
