To dive into a class, simply tap on your desired choice. You'll be presented with essential details, including the class duration, trainer profile, and information about the exercises involved. During the class, you have the flexibility to view the exercises in landscape mode. Additionally, if you prefer a larger screen experience, the app allows you to cast the session to your AppleTV or Chromecast.

When exploring the Classes section, you can navigate through different categories like Classics, Classes for Strengthening, Classes, and Workouts for Weight Loss, or Class Coaches. Moreover, at the top of the page, you'll find a helpful classification system for Training, Focus, Duration, Equipment, or Goal.

Similar to the Classes section, the Workouts section offers a range of options. You can explore various categories and use filters based on Training, Focus, Duration, Equipment, or Goal.

If you have a specific course or workout program in mind, you can use the Search button located in the upper right corner of the app. This feature allows you to find relevant content by entering specific keywords.

For further personalization, the Profile section of the app provides options to change the default UI language and adjust your initial goals.

It's important to note that Cyberobics offers a premium-based subscription, which provides access to a broader selection of classes and exercises. This subscription unlocks additional content and enables you to explore more diverse workout options.
