The app doesn't come with a tutorial but it does have some instructions that you can check out, so you'll get an idea on how the app works and how you can access its features. You'll need to swipe the screen up or down in order to browse through wallpapers and apply them on your phone.
You don't need to register with an account, but the app needs internet connection in order to access the whole database with pictures. Developers add a wallpaper per day, so you can browse the gallery and see which images were added on certain dates.

The nice thing about this app is that it comes with a new wallpaper per day, which means that you can get personalized images based on the season and holiday. All images inside the app are really nice, they are all HD and the app even comes with some live ones.

You can check out all wallpapers in the daily section, while the VIP category is filled with images that can only be unlocked by using a free key provided inside the app.
All wallpapers that you've saved on your device are displayed in a separate section and the app is packed with themes that you can apply on your lock screen. It also has a section with applications that you can check out and download if you like.
All in all, it's a nice app but it could use some more tools, like the option to only download images while on WiFi and to search for certain wallpapers by typing in a certain keyword.
