Ticklr - Ticker notifications 1.3.5
It's a nice app packed with all sort of tools that you can adjust and it changes the whole notification system of apps installed on your device. You will no longer have to pull down the status bar to read messages and they won't take up space on your screen.
Sleek UI with plenty to offer
It's always nice to come across developers who have taken to time to create a tutorial or some sort of presentation, to provide new users with an overview of the application. Unfortunately, Ticklr - Ticker notifications doesn't come with that but it does have all sort of instructions that you can read so you would know how to access its features.
It uses material design and a side menu that provides users with quick access to all sort of sections inside the app. It doesn't need online registration which is nice and the app can be used offline, as it doesn't require internet connection to work.
Change notifications on your phone
The first thing that you need to do inside the app is to enable notification access, so it may fetch alerts from applications and show them in the status bar. You can have the app display notifications only from certain applications, simply check the ones that you would like.
It also arranges apps based on system or those that you've installed from Google Play Store. The side menu provides users with quick access to all sort of tools and settings that you would like to adjust.
Adjust settings to meet your preferences
You can change the background color and pick from a palette or available options. The app also allows users to disable heads-up notifications, display ticker alerts even in the lock screen or wake the screen when receiving a notification.
There's a test option if you want to see how the app works even before you enable it. Customization options are available for each of the enabled app, but you won't be able to access them unless you upgrade to the premium version for 4.19$. The price seems a bit high, considering that the app is a simple notification manager.
