The first thing that you'll see after launching the app is a very comprehensive tutorial, showing new users all the neat things that they can do inside the app. You'll need to create a team or join one that already exists on the platform. For the next few steps, you'll need to access your computer.

The app lets you set a password to protect the group and invite friends to join. All accounts are secured with a password, so no one would have access to them. Not all features from the desktop version are available inside the app.

Communicate with colleagues easily

The app lets you invite an unlimited number of members, simply type in their email address and the app will send an invitation through email. You can chat with all group members at once, or have private conversations only with some of them. In addition, the app lets you send and receive all sort of files inside.

You can share pictures, files or videos if you wish. There's also the option to use stickers, it comes with a whole pack of them but they're quite common. Users can change their profile picture, adjust the status or change their account info.

The app provides you with notifications each time you receive a message. You can enable vibration or send push notifications. Content can be starred so you get quick access only to what interests you the most.

When someone mentions you by name or uses one of the highlighted words, you will receive a notification. The app supports integrations with multiple social networks and cloud services, like Dropbox, Asana, Google+ Hangouts, Twitter, Zendesk.

The desktop version comes with many more features, unfortunately some of them aren't available in the app. Still, it's a great way to stay connected to your colleagues and share all sort of items. You can create how many groups you want, send an unlimited amount of files and use the app for how long you need.
