Kiwi 1.4.5
This is due to the fact that social networks have increased over the past few years to meet the rising demand of people who want to be online all the time. One of such applications is Kiwi. It's easy-to-use but it does have some downsides to it.
Stylish UI with plenty of features at hand
When you're online, you wish to have all features and tools at the touch of one finger. You would also want a modern interface that makes it easy to navigate through sections and message your friends. Kiwi does sport a nice UI but it lacks material design.
Still, the layout is quite familiar, you'll have all sections in a toolbar at the top of the screen and access to messages on the bottom. It lacks a tutorial but compensates with a presentation of features that you might find inside. Check out the app after you sign up with an email address or use your Facebook account to register.
Chat with friends
After you've registered, import friends from Facebook so you would find them on the network. This is the only way in which you can connect with friends unless they write a question and post it, you won't be able to find them and follow them.
The whole purpose of this app is to ask the community whichever question you wish, but try to be nice. Your newsfeed is filled with all sort of things posted by people near your location.
It's an inconvenience the fact that it shows how close you are from certain users, which could represent a security issue. Moreover, you can't copy text and this tool could have proven quite useful since the app is available in multiple regions and you could get replies in languages that you don't understand.
Share all sort of information
Some users from this network actually do without thinking of security issues. Aside from posting questions and getting answers, they also share all sort of pictures and videos which means that the network isn't really suitable for people younger than the age of at least 18.
There's no parental control feature and we have the feeling that this app could easily turn into a dating app, although its main purpose is completely different.
