FLAT - ICON PACK 2.5.1
There are many such applications on Google Play Store, one of them is FLAT - ICON PACK. It's a neat app that comes with lots of icon packs and helps you enhance your phone. However, it could use some more options and ways in which you could customize your device.
Sleek UI with plenty of features at hand
The app doesn't come with a tutorial or any kind of instructions which is quite inconvenient since new users could always benefit from some guidance when launching a new app.
It uses material design and it has a side menu, providing users with access to all sort of sections inside the app. It doesn't need online registration and the home screen is filled with all sort of packs and other apps that you might want to download on your device.

All icons inside the app are arranged into categories, it has a separate section with system icons and one with the latest icons. However, you won't be able to apply any of these icons if you're using the default Android launcher.
You'll need to download a separate launcher, the app displays a whole list of compatible ones. Use Action, ADW, Apex, Atom, Aviate, CM and more launchers in order to customize the icons on your home screen. It provides links to the launchers' official Google Play page. All themes and icons inside the app can be shared with friends on social networks.
More features and tools
Other than icons, the app comes with a whole section filled with all sort of wallpapers that you can add on your home screen. They're all HD and you can save them to your device before applying them.
Unfortunately, there's no option of cropping them or making any kind of adjustments to the images. In addition, you'll have to patient with this section as it takes a while to open them, although that also depends on your internet connection.
The app lets you send an icon request for any application saved on your device. It also has a section with recommended applications created by the same developer.
