Flash Alerts 2 2.1.4

Get alerts whenever you receive a call, message or notification using this app
Google Play Store is filled with all sort of applications that help users make the most out of their phones and enhance their functionality. One of such apps is Flash Alerts 2.

It comes with lots of tools that you can use in order to adjust flash alerts. It's one of the most popular flash alerts app in the store and it sports an intuitive UI with plenty of features at hand.

Sleek interface with lots of tools

The app doesn't come with a presentation of its features, but it does need a bit of setup. It has some instructions on how to use the app and to configure it. First, you need to check there's a camera flash on your device.

The phone might freeze for a few seconds while the app tests that. Then the app will perform some other tests and make the flash camera blink. Next, you'll need to go through accessibility settings to use some features inside the app and configure the filter if you don't want undiscerning blinking from the flash on your device's camera.

Enable and adjust flash alerts

The settings menu isn't that impressive, it only has a list of features that you can enable. The interface is quite simplistic, it lacks material design or a side menu. It would have been nice if it used animation so it could have made the app more appealing to users.

Still, you shouldn't have any trouble using this app and configuring its features. You can enable flash alerts for when you receive a call or a text. You can make some changes to the device's default notifications, you can enable vibration, the ring, silent your phone and do more.

More features

You can choose from multiple flash modules, it comes with three. There's the option to enable the do not disturb mode, in which the phone won't make any flashes when you receive a text or a call.

There's the option to filter applications, enable the status bar change but these features are only available if you purchase the premium version of this app for 1.79$. Still, the app doesn't come with any annoying ads.

All in all, it's a nice app for enabling flash alerts on your phone. It comes in handy when you wish to find your phone in a dark room or don't want it to make any sound when receiving a call or a text.
