Asana 3.12.2

Communicate with colleagues using this neat app for teams
Working in a team can be difficult, as you always need to check updates on the project and get in touch with your colleagues. Fortunately, there are many collaboration platforms that you can check out.

One of them is Asana. It has an Android version so that you can get instant notifications and never miss posts on the topic. It's filled with all sort of features that would make it easier to work in a team and complete the project you were assigned.

Easy-to-use interface with plenty of features at hand

The app launches with a very comprehensive tutorial, showing new users all the neat things that they can do inside the app. However, the first thing that you will need to do is register with an account. You can also use your Google account, but there's no option to use your profile from any other social network.

Once you've registered, you'll need to create your first project. It can be anything from a birthday party to a marketing plan or meeting agenda. The app accesses your agenda and lets you pick whichever contacts you wish to invite to the app.

Communicate with friends

You can create tasks and pick a due date. All tasks must be assigned to projects and you can even assign them to other users. Despite the fact that it has a tutorial, the app is truly confusing. You can create work and personal projects, but you might get confused between the two of them.

In addition, you can create tasks on the desktop version, but that one differs quite a lot from the mobile one and it takes a while to synchronize. You can join multiple projects at once but you'll need to receive an invitation on email and that might confuse things even more.

Share all sort of files

The app gives users the option to share all sort of files, you can send pictures, videos and documents. There's no restriction on the size or quantity of shared items which is quite nice.

In addition, you can send messages to other project members or add them to the network, but only if they're in your contacts list. The app gives you access to all of your projects in the side menu and you can contact support if you're having trouble with it. But the app version has very few features compared to the desktop one and you'll absolutely need your computer in order to create projects.
