The easy-to-use GUI only requires you to select your favorite shows from a long list of trending TV shows, arranged by popularity, but lacking filters like genre or rating.

The app provides a description on all shows, together with air date, ranking based on votes from trakt.tv, the cast, producers and directors, and links to the show's profile on various accounts.

There's also a list with upcoming and recent episodes, which you can add to your collection or set as watched. The statistics section includes estimations on the amount of time you'd need to get up to date with all seasons of a certain show and the app displays an overall progress bar.

Add reminders for upcoming episodes and create lists

SeriesGuide is a great app for setting up reminders of upcoming shows, so you won't forget to tune in and watch the latest episode. The 'Now' section displays episodes released today. The app automatically opens the calendar for when you don't want to forget about watching an episode.

Aside from this, the app provides you with the option of creating various lists of shows, seasons and even episodes. You can manage your list of favorite episodes or seasons you intend to watch next.

Create a watchlist with movies

Moreover, the app lets you create your very own watchlist of movies you intend to check out next. It comes with full descriptions of films, together with ratings, the cast and directors, as well as a link to watch trailers. Once you've finished, you can add a movie to your collection and manage all the films that you've ever watched.

Design / UI9 The user-interface is intuitive, however it lacks extra themes and options to change the dark background.
