Cute and colorful design with some settings
The app doesn't come with any tutorials or instructions to get you started, but it does have a settings menu. You can either log in to your Facebook or Twitter accounts to or receive notifications from the app whenever new content is added.
The interface is really colorful with nice effects and access to all sections inside the app directly from the home screen. The app comes with popup ads and sections advertising some of the developer's other applications, like the one for creating collages or adding stickers to your pictures. Install them and you'll be able to integrate them inside the app.
Snap and edit selfies
The app lets you access your device's camera to snap pictures but it would have been nice if it had it's own camera section with onscreen filters and effects. Still, when you're done the app lets you pick the form of the picture, choose from rectangle or square and crop your photo in the desired shape.
Afterward, you can start editing pictures easily by picking from the many beautification modes like basic, natural and more. However, some of them might need to be downloaded from the interface for free. In addition, you can beautify or whiten colors in your pictures, but frankly this will only blur sections of your pictures.
Enhance your selfies
Selfie Camera comes with the option of removing acne spots, but you'll have to be careful with that since the app might not work exactly as want it, still you can adjust the brush size and tap the undo button if you're not pleased with the result.
The app also comes with multiple filters that you can apply on your pictures, together with frames and textures. There's also the option of adjusting brightness, contrast and saturation or blurring sections of your pictures. All in all, the app drastically reduces the quality of your output pictures making it seem like all the beautification features mainly rely on blurring certain sections of your pictures.
