Relax Music & Sleep Cycle helps you do just that, it comes with plenty of tunes and settings to make sure you wake up rested and refreshed.

Intuitive UI with plenty of features

The app comes with all tools neatly arranged in the center of the screen. It doesn’t come with additional settings or themes, only the option to send a feedback to the developers or install some of their other applications. It comes with onscreen instructions, so you’ll get used to it pretty fast.

It comes with general information on sleep. The app provides users with tips for deep sleep, like what to eat and what to do before getting into bed, as well as info on sleep cycles and the amount of sleep needed for a person to function normally.

Have the app play relaxing music while you sleep

Although it lacks options for changing the UI, Relax Music & Sleep Cycle does come with a large library of relaxing sounds and music. You can have the app play ambient sounds of the environment like ocean waves, wind chimes, passing trains or fire. You can overlay the sounds or choose one of the featured soft melodies.

In addition to that, there’s the option of playing more than one melody at a time, or using the shuffle button in case you’re not sure what you want to listen to. The app can also be set to operate in the background, so you can play sounds while you work on your phone. You may favor tunes and add them to your own library.

Track your sleep cycle

Setting up an alarm is extremely simple, all you need to do is set a timer and select the music you wish to be playing in the background together with the alarm sound. Before turning on the sleep tracker, make sure you have your phone plugged in and place it beside your pillow, for the app to record your movements during the night.

You can save your log and add moods to it, choose the type of sleep you were having, like snooze or nap or add notes. The app also displays info on when you turned on the tracker and the hour when it was stopped. All data is displayed in a tracking log with charts for the current day and week.
