RadioTunes 1.6.0.320
Sleek interface that works like a charm
The app needs all users to register before listening to music. You can do so by providing your Facebook or Google+ profile or sign up using an email address. RadioTunes doesn't come with instructions but you wouldn't need them, since the interface is really intuitive and works perfectly.
It comes in a sleek blue design with all features at hand and a settings menu on the top right corner of the screen. The app doesn't have a home screen widget and can't be operated in the lock screen.
Browse through various music styles
It launches with a list of all channels, the latest ones are displayed at the top of the screen. Tap on styles and the app opens all the categories that represent various music genres. The number of stations is displayed between brackets, the app has 75 channels. Users can listen to jazz channels, pop, rock, classical music and more. Some categories could use more playlists for diversity.
Still, you can find music from all over the world, including Israeli, Russian and Jpop hits. Add channels to your favorites list for easy access. Each channel has a different music manager that handpicks songs and the track history is displayed for all to see. Users also have the option of sharing the channel on social networks.
Use the sleep timer and adjust bandwidth
The sleep timer is extremely useful when you wish to fall asleep while listening to your favorite music. Users can also adjust bandwidth settings and manage how much data the app uses, there's also a section with data usage details.
Sadly, not all channels are available in the free version, but users have the option of getting the 7 day trial (no credit card needed) or upgrading to premium by paying at least 7$ per month. However, the subscription is also available across many other apps created by the developer.

Design / UI9
The app's interface is truly easy-to-use and lightweight. It comes in a sleek design and all features are at hand. |

RadioTunes could need more channels, but the audio quality is good even in the free version and songs are handpicked by music experts. |
Security6
The app needs online registration and access to many areas of your phone, some unconnected to its features. |
Battery8
It takes fewer resources than other similar apps, but keep your phone plugged in if you wish to have the app play in the background for long period of time. |
Price8
It comes with ads and a 7 day trial. The premium version costs 7$ per month, 70$ per year or 120$ per 2 years. |

A great selection of music, but the app could use some more channels.
