There's nothing complicated about this app, so it doesn't come with instructions of use only some settings that you can make. The app launches with the option of uploading or snapping a picture, after which it opens the editor.
You can change the default size of saved images or assign a destination folder of your choosing. There's also the option of launching the app with the camera mode on, but those are the only settings that you can make.
Edit pictures by adding artistic filters
You don't have to be a professional photographer to take beautiful pictures. Pixlr-o-matic provides you with artistic filters to transform ordinary images into interesting ones. A zoom button is featured on the top left of the screen, while the auto-adjust icon is on the top right, next to the icon that opens the gallery of filters.
Pixlr-o-matic comes with a long range of filters you can apply to your pictures to make them more artistic. Once you're done choosing a filter, check out the many effects you can add to your pictures. And if you want more, the app provides you with a shortcut to a gallery of all sorts of filters and effects that you can download for your phone.
Add borders and share pictures when you're done editing
Borders are also available in case you wish to frame the photos. With a single push of a button the app saves your image into the desired folder. There's also the option of sharing pictures with friends on social networking sites.
Pixlr-o-matic has some shortcomings, it doesn't allow users to crop images, adjust brightness or contrast or even create collages. Still, it's a great app for snapping, editing and posting pictures in mere minutes.
