Photo Editor 1.4.12
Boring UI with a utility feel to it
Photo Editor's interface is well structured but rather dull. The background is all black with tools arranged in small icons and banner ads at the bottom of the screen. The UI is a bit confusing and the app doesn't come with any instructions of use whatsoever.
Still, it's available in many languages and comes with many settings that can be done. You can select the destination folder in which pictures are saved, rename files, change the background canvas color or have the app display maximum screen brightness while you edit pictures.
Snap a picture and start editing it
The interface seems discouraging at first, but once you start using the app you realize that it packs many tools and features. There's an icon that displays all the information about your picture, including location, GPS, size etc.
You can edit the brightness, exposure, contrast and tint. In addition, there's the option of adjusting color by using the color curve graph together with the graph for color levels. Effects are also available and the app manages to apply changes almost instantly.
One cool thing about this app is that you can save settings in several profiles, so that they can be applied to more than one image with the touch of a button. You can also create zoom buttons with the degree you wish.
Save pictures in all the regular formats, including PDF and print them
Unlike other apps, Photo Editor lets you save pictures in all sorts of formats, including PDF and GIF. You can also print the image instantly or use it to create an animated GIF, of the size that you wish and with the display time of frames of your choosing. The app also comes with the option of creating a webpage capture or compressing files to ZIP.

A neat app for editing pictures in a professional way.
