Phogy 1.40

Take amazing 3D pictures with this easy-to-use photo app
Photography apps are really popular on Google Play Store which means that people like to take photos and edit them before they're posted online. But developers are becoming increasingly creative when it comes to making new apps that would stand out from the crowd.

One of such apps is Phogy, which lets you take 3D pictures and edit them using tools provided inside the app.

Sleek interface with some features at hand

The app comes with plenty of features at hand and a tutorial to get you started, but it isn't featured when you first launch it. Still, it doesn't require online registration which is quite nice and comes with a settings menu that lets you do some initial changes to the interface and to pictures that you take.

It lets you adjust move sensitivity and photo resolution but many of the changes that you can do are locked in the free version, meaning you'll need to upgrade to the premium one to get access. An upgrade costs 3.32$ and unlocks many tools. The free version also comes with the limit of 30 free 3D photos, afterward you'll need to upgrade in order to continue using the app.

Adjust settings to meet your preferences

The app opens with the main menu, in which you can adjust settings, access the camera to take 3D pictures or the gallery that contains all of your recent images taken with the app. Other than changing the image resolution, you can adjust focus and optimize the app for speed rather than quality.

Other than that, you can have it take multi photos or decide on the exposure time and GIF resolution. It also lets you take videos, you can change the video quality, frame or cycles, so that you make your video perfect.

Take 3D pictures

Before you take a picture, it would be best to check out the gallery and the sample picture it holds for new users. You can explore it and view some of the changes and editing options available. In order to take a picture, simply access the camera and slide your device to the right after pushing the camera button.

The app also gives you some onscreen tips for taking pictures. It takes a while to process your image and you'll have to be careful with that. When it's done, it displays the quality of the end result and it gives you access to effects and other features but only if you've upgraded to a premium account.

Function8

It's better than other 3D photo editors that we've tried out and renders high quality images with a fine touch.

Security9

It doesn't need too many permissions from your phone, which means that it shouldn't pose any privacy issues.

It takes a bit more resources than some of the other photo editors out there, so keep an eye on resources when using this app.

Price8

The free version is quite limited so upgrade to premium to get more features and pay 3.32$.

It should work on devices running Android version 4.0 or later, making it accessible to many users.
