Mirror Grid does it's best to do so, but fails to provide many basic tools for photo editing, even if it's only focused on achieving the mirror effect on your pictures.
Lightweight interface but it could use some more features
The UI is really lightweight, with only some features at hand but the design is really nice and the toolbar on the bottom of the screen makes it easy to access all tools for editing. It doesn't come with a tutorial or any kind of instructions for new users.
Even if the GUI is intuitive, some tips would have still be needed as to show people how to navigate inside the app and access all its features. Still, the app is filled with popup ads, even on the home screen and there's no option of removing them. Aside from that, it also has plenty of recommendations of apps that you may download on your phone from Google Play Store.
Snap pictures and edit them easily
The app lets you take pictures or import them from your gallery and edit them using the provided tools. You can pick the 2D effect to add to your pictures, it comes with 12 kinds of mirror effects and it's quite nice to shift through them and make variations on your picture.
The 3D effect is also available, 19 kinds of effects can be found under this category, obviously they're nicer than the 2D ones. Aside from that, the app comes with several kinds of free filters, but they're not that great and frankly we've seen better in other apps.
Make changes to pictures
More tools are available, like the option to change the aspect ratio or to zoom in/out on pictures, but that can also be achieved using gestures. Images can also be cropped, use the app to make your pictures smaller.
When you're done with editing, you may save pictures and share them online. However, you need to make sure that you've disabled the watermark so the app's name won't appear on the image. Moreover, keep in mind that the app saves images of a lower quality which is quite inconvenient. The app also comes with the option of creating collages.
