Sleek design with many themes
The app launches with a really comprehensive tutorial, providing instructions on how to use the app and access all its features. Minuum needs some setting up before you can properly enjoy the keyboard and start using it for writing texts.
The app will guide you through the whole process, which includes selecting languages and themes. It comes with a limited number of languages, which makes it inaccessible to users from certain countries.
Still, developers of keyboard apps constantly update their list of languages, so it's only a matter of time until the app would be available for other users as well.
Apply themes and start using the app
Minuum lets you change the color of the keyboard, but not the theme itself which is not that intricate. It's no necessarily a disadvantage considering that the app really focuses on ease of use.
You can adjust the size of the app, minimize it to view another way in which you can type text with all letters arranged in a flowing line on the bottom of the screen.
Erase fast by sliding your finger to the left, this feature also gives you access to TTS and space. There's the option of enabling sounds and vibration for whenever you touch the keyboard.
Extend the free trial
It also comes with emoticons and sloppy typing that automatically corrects misspellings and checks the grammar of the text that you've written. The bonus panels give you an extra toolbar at the bottom of the screen, you can have Minuum provide shortcuts to various features.
The app comes with a 30 day free trial and some options of extending it. You can earn days by downloading certain apps that Minuum recommends, but each of them has a different bonus. There's also the option of simply buying the unlimited version for 3.31$, but you won't get any pro features.
