IntelliPic 5.0
However, because it comes with so many features it doesn't manage to provide at least basic tools for each of its function. It's a good idea, but it needs lots of improvement.
Dated UI that needs an upgrade
The app doesn't come with a tutorial, although it would have been nice if it provided users with at least a presentation of all the features that they can access.
The home page only displays thumbnails with sections, but it doesn't come with a settings menu which means that you can't do any changes to the UI. Obviously, the app doesn't use material design and it could benefit from an upgrade, since the wallpaper seems a bit dated and blurry.
View pictures
It arranges all of your photo directories on the home screen, check them out by sliding the screen left or right. It even uses animation when displaying folders and it shows you the date when photos were taken. You can't move them from one folder to another or organize them in any way.
It lets you create slideshows with images, but it doesn't have any more features in the image viewer. Still, you can use the app to edit some pictures but for that you'll have to open pics using your stock image viewer. This is quite odd, considering that the app already has such a feature.
Edit pictures and snap new ones
Don't expect the app to have too many editing tools, it only lets you adjust brightness, crop images into various shapes, rotate them to any position or apply some filters. Indeed, the app comes with many filters but they're not that nice.
None of them have light effects and they seem quite old. Frankly, you'd be better off editing pictures using almost any other editor on Google Play Store. When you're done, you can save and share pictures online.
The app also comes with a feature that lets you snap pictures, but it's actually a shortcut to your camera. It would have been nice if it had some filters or adjustments in the camera mode.

Security7
It needs access to some areas that aren't connected to its features, like location services. |
Battery4
Consumption is high, keep an eye on resources when using this app as it can drain your battery especially after extensive use. |
Price8
It comes with the option to purchase the premium version for 0.99$. |
Compatibility7
Devices running Android version 3.0 or later, shouldn't have any trouble running this app. |
It has a little bit of everything, but it's missing essential tools for each of its features.
