People like to take lots of pictures with their phones, but before sharing them online with friends, they'd also edit them a bit. You can do so with HD Photo Editor, it provides users with lots of filters and effects that they could apply on their photos.

Aside from all the basic features for a photo editor, it also comes with a collage maker and frames for creating really nice images. Still, it's filled with all sort of annoying ads and even has a separate section that advertises other applications that you might want to download on your device.

Intuitive interface with plenty of features at hand

The app launches directly with the home menu, it doesn't come with a tutorial or any instructions to get you started and to show new users all the neat features that they could access inside the app. It even comes with a settings menu, a section that not many photo editors have.

However, it only has a few settings, like the option to add a status bar or to change the language of the app. Still, the UI looks good it has a nice background and all sections are neatly arranged into thumbnails on the main page.

Edit pictures easily

You can snap pictures easily or load images from your media gallery. Still, it doesn't let you access photos stored on cloud accounts like Dropbox or Google Drive. The last picture that you've edited is featured on the home screen inside the app, so you can access it easier.

It doesn't apply filters or any kind of effects on the camera, you'll be using your phone's stock camera app to take pictures. It uses exactly the same editor as many other applications on the internet, thus offering the same-old filters without providing users with anything new.

Create collages and frame pictures

Pick up to 9 pictures to create a collage, you can select from multiple frames and templates. It lets you change and add pictures, as well as edit them individually. You can add lots of effects, resize the collage, add text caption and even stickers. You also have the option to change the style and color of borders.

Save and share the collage with friends on social networks. It's also filled with lots of frames that you can use to highlight your images, but keep in mind that they're a bit kitschy and in poor-taste. You can also access your edited pictures and collages in a separate section inside the app.
