Almost all phones must have weather apps installed to inform users of temperatures and upcoming weather events. Considering the plenitude of such apps, it's only natural that users want a stylish interface and accurate forecast, while competition is high between the many weather apps on Google Play Store.

GO Weather Forecast & Widgets manages to distinguish itself with a really sleek interface and accurate information collected from accuweather.com service.

Stylish and uncomplicated interface

The neat thing about GO Weather app is that it doesn't need instructions to get users familiarized with the app, because of the well structured and also stylish layout. As we expected, developers from GO Launcher EX took the opportunity to advertise some of their other apps, mainly the launcher and a SMS service, but they're hardly noticeable.

The menu is featured on the left side of the screen and has some settings. Users may change units of measurement for temperature, wind speed, visibility and pressure. Users can also change the date format if they wish.

Check the weather forecast

The app neatly displays a HD wallpaper with the current weather in locations of your choosing. Swipe to the right to shift between screens and down to check the weather. It will provide you with information on hourly temperatures, humidity, visibility, pressure as well as the forecast for the coming week.

GO Weather also loads a map with temperatures in locations near you. Sadly, the precipitation forecast isn't available for free users. Plenty of other features are available, including themes if you upgrade for 4.99$ to up to 19.99$.

Use the home screen widget

This highly customizable weather app comes with plenty of themes and settings for the home screen widgets. You can choose from multiple themes that are available for free download. The developer also offers plenty of wallpapers for the home page and even additional widgets that you can choose from. Still more themes are available if you upgrade to the Super Vip account for 19.99$.

Design / UI10 Truly sleek and intuitive design, the app is filled with all sorts of customization options.	Function9 It performs well and all data is collected from AccuWeather, but it has a small delay when launching.	Security8 It needs access to some areas of your phone but they're all connected to its features, so you don't have to worry about the privacy of your data.
Battery8 Power consumption is normal for a weather app, if you wish to save resources then turn off your location services and set the app to refresh information in an extended interval of time.	Price7 It doesn't come with ads, but all the additional features and themes can be quite pricey, up to 19.99$.	Compatibility8 The developer didn't mention Android versions required for this app.
