Eye In Sky Weather 4.5
Sleek interface that lacks background images
This app doesn't provide new users with instructions, but gives them plenty of tips upon navigation. The layout is really well structured, you'll hardly ever tap the back button while using this app. Eye In Sky Weather comes with a dark background and it lacks any kind of animation.
Overall the design is highly functional but not very appealing to the eye. Still, it comes with many icon sets that you can choose from. Surprisingly, there are many changes that can be done to the four home screen widgets, you can change the background and icon color and filter the information it displays.
Choose multiple locations
The first thing that you'll do in the app is choose multiple locations. You can select your current city and add as many as you like. The app can also open a map for you to manually tap on the city. Still, there are some settings that you need to make before you can truly start enjoying the app.
The settings menu on the right top corner lets you change units of measurement for temperature, wind speed and rainfall. The app also comes with widgets for your home screen and notifications. You can set the app to refresh information in an interval of your choosing.
Check the weather
Eye In Sky Weather app provides you with the weather forecast for the next 48 hours or 15 days. There's detailed information on temperatures, wind speed, humidity and pressure. It also displays chances of rain in percentages, together with the hour at which the sun sets and rises.
There's so hourly forecast only temperatures for different stages of the day. One of the shortcomings in this app is that it doesn't inform users regarding extreme weather alerts or the latest news.
