Classic Keyboard 1.3
One of the apps that could help you with that is Classic Keyboard. It comes with some features, the app mainly focuses on delivering a keyboard that's almost identical to that on iPhone 5s devices.
Interface that resembles that of an iPhone 5s
Stock keyboards aren't really that complex, but they come in real handy if you're switching from phones on a certain OS to another. Classic Keyboard is an app that copies the design of iPhone 5s devices but comes with a limited set of features compared to other regular apps.
It doesn't have any instructions or a tutorial to show new users how to operate the app and access all of its features. Still, it manages to guide you through the whole process of setting up the app and making it your default keyboard on the device.
Adjust settings before using the app
The next few steps are for adjusting settings inside the application, but there aren't many changes that you can do. The app only lets you enable word prediction, vibrate or sound, without offering any more settings for you to enjoy.
Still, the design of the keyboard is really similar to that of the iPhone 5s, using the same colors of light and darker gray, with the same size and design for letters. Still, it doesn't come with the option of changing the colors or style of the app, in case you get bored with the design.
Some shortcomings
The keyboard itself is quite nice and doesn't seem to have any stability issues, but it's really simplistic. However, it's understandable seeing how it's meant to resemble that of an iPhone, but it would have been nice if it had more features, like a personal dictionary and auto-correct.
It's also missing accents or signs that are used in other languages. Actually, the app doesn't come with language packs, so you're stuck with only English. Other than that, it comes with a whole section filled with ads to other free applications that you may want to download on your phone. Aside from that it also has really annoying banner and popup ads, without offering any method of removing them.

Other than word prediction the app doesn't offer much, you can't change the language, enable a personal dictionary and it doesn't even have accents. |
Security8
There's a disclaimer stating that the app doesn't record personal information and it doesn't need many permissions from your phone. |
Battery7
It takes up more resources than your stock keyboard, so you should keep that in mind. |
Price6
It advertises other applications and comes with lots of banner and popup ads, without any option of removing them. |

It should work on devices running Android version 2.2 or later, making it accessible to many users. |
It does resemble the iPhone 5s, but it's missing many of the nice features that you'd find even in your stock keyboard.
