I can't find any ringtones. Usually they aren't available for my service provider -Verizon -who I like really well. Mostly though, even when Verizon is on board, Treo/Palm One is a no-show for down-loadable ring tones.

The preprogrammed ones are way too quiet and for some reason, the phone self-adjusts the volume. One last problem is the voice mail. I never have been able to retrieve any messages no matter how many times I've reset it.

On the PLUS side, everything else is perfect. The softwear is flawless, the battery seems to never, ever even think about getting weak.. I plug it in just for fun some times but wow, what incredible battery life!

I honestly believe my complaints are either glitches with my particular phone or else problems that have been designed out with the 650 and the brand new 700. I'm definetly planning on upgrading now that my 2 year contract is up and I'll go for another 2 years. I use the interet function on my Treo quite a bit!
