It is a very good mobile with many capabilities. The problem is that if you buy it through Vodafone connection and change provider, the Internet settings are not valid any more, so actually you do not have internet access (including e-mail etc.). We have spent hundreds of hours unsuccessfully. I consider it at least commercially unethical and will not go back to the same provider cause I take it as derision. Anyone can help out ??
