i have this phone since its launchment, and i loved it. the only thing i didn't like is that its too big! sometimes when i use skinny jeans pants, it just don't fit in the pocket. then, sometimes my friends say that robbers could see the phone in my pocket! no way they're going to steal it! so now when i'm going to the streets, i switch to my older phone, that is smaller (razr V3). even then, i never regreted from buying it. very nice!!! recommended!

Well I had sidekick lx tony hawk edition. But for some reason the video of tony hawk that was built in the sidekick are not playing and just show that (dangerfileerror). So I called customer care and explain them everything then told me call danger number, but I never got any answer or resolving the problem.
Not long ago I went on the computer n plug in my sidekick lx using the usb fort. Then open the file so I could transfer song to my sidekick folder. Now for some reason that the folder is corrupted and unreadable. So I called customer service and told them about it, then got transferred to sidekick dept. They never figured out what happen from opening the folder and viewing it on the computer. So now I couldn't even save songs and themes on my sidekick except buying on catalog. Even I called customer service they can't even help solving the problem. sidekick lx is just so much problem so not very long I have to cancel my plan and switch over to another phone provider even im 5 years in tmobile and tell my family and friends also persons I know who has tmobile. Cause no one even the support can't figured it out and its cause so much hasle being on hold for so long and then u get nothing. I think not only sidekick is suck's even I own one. with my experience with tmobile was not satisfied at all.
