It`s almost two months now since i bought th SGH D780,one thing that am not happy with is the pop sound it gives whenever through with sending a text or un locking keypad lock,also have not been able to use sim card extra services offered by network provider,cat find the icon for it.

hmm i have 2 sims inserted in my d780 phone..but its phonebook is not working..it calls only "entry empty"..but when i insert the 1st sim which i use previously and pull out d new 2nd sim then the phone book works again..i try all options like phonebook setting "sim or phone book"..but no use...plz guide me

I have a samsung SGH-D780 bought in march,the problem i am having is that ,the phone fall down and the mouth piece was broken ,have been looking where to get the whole inner keypad which incorperates the mouth piece but no luck,im requestin you toadvice me where to get this spare because i love the phone very much,if you have an egent In NAIROBI will make life easier,

When a reminder comes on and press any button it restarts itself. many reminders come on 3 hours before even though both clocks are set with same time zone.

For Seifu and Mathew, you do not need reboot as I used to do. when you type in the number use the button on the left side of the handset that is the one on the side and not on the key pad. every time you press you toggle between sims. thsi way you can choose which sim to call through.

I bought a Dual Sim Samsung model SGH-D780 set last year in New York but the charge pioint gives problem. I repaired but all to no avail. now I NEED A BATTERY FOR IT. CAN YOU PLEASE GET A NEW BATTERY FOR ME?
