Date: 08 Sep 2009, 00:20 GMT | VA76r is 1/2 product on the market. When connected to Computer it introduces it self as W760r, much faster than USB2? Tried motorola software update tool, can't see the phone. Spent 2 hours with motorola tech support reseting, reinstalling etc. This happened 6 months ago. Phone died twice. Got third one still same. Got promise from tech support when fix available they will send it to me. Never received any thing other than customer service satisfaction questionnaire. After sending similar story they never responded .Got "phone upgrade" from rogers 21 November 2008, it is DOWNGRADE compare to my earlier phone. Can't do ring tunes, Two 'call history' icons on the screen etc. This is very last time i am using motorola product. |

Date: 28 Jun 2009, 23:57 GMT | Let me start off by saying, THIS PHONE IS HORRIBLE... Everytime you go to shut it off, it never fails, it locks up. (Freezes)... And for those of you who say the phone cannot be broken, i beg to differ. I dropped it off the motorcycle going about 15 mph in my neighborhood and every part broke that could be broken. This was by far, the worst $300 that i have ever spent. I used to be a MOTO fan, all the way, until now! This thing is not even good enough to be a damn paperweight at this point. Long story short, Volume sucks, Options to delete demo's, etc, are extremely limited. They come pre-loaded with all the "essentials" that ATT deems necessary. Shouldnt that be left up to the consumer? |

It only works on speaker and every ringer I've tried doesn't work! They all are not loud enough! I have a friend with the nextel version and that damn phone is loud! I'm just going to send this pos back. |
