i agree with u paul problem after problem with this phone the key board has broken in 5 different phones that i no of

my partner got this phone last week it seemed like a brilliant phone at first.but now after 1 week the key board is not working or any the keys up the side or the answer and hang up/on off butten personaly i think it will b going back to the shop and getting changed for another make of phone very disapointed in lg wont b buying any of therephones again

I found this phone to be grand for someone who doesn't overly rely on their phone. The buttons are small and caused me to have quite a few mistakes. The touch screen is fine. Locking feature (button on the side) is annoying as it only takes a few seconds of pressure to unlock. Camera is awesome but depends on what you're photographing. Overall I'd rate it 6 out of 10. It's not the best but not the worst. I don't think it's worth the money (I paid €149.99 with Vodafone) There's better phones out there for that price.

The phone itself is amazing and very easy to use, however, i need to know how to put a handset lock on it, as whenever i want to type a code in it says 'invalid security code'... any help??

Paul I've had the exact same problem. I can make calls and the touch screen works fine but after a few weeks of having it it won't send messages.
