i do not know how to put mp3s on the phone can someone please help me

for what i paid im so sure vodafone could offer so much more really slow seems like phone has to much interference but it does do the job....

pretty hard to use at first
need to make it easier to load music onto phone as i can only load on 3 songs because i cant use the programme issured with phone. telecom rep looked at it and said that theres a fault in the set up not from me but when making the little disc that comes with the phone.
wish i didnt buy it and if i cant figure out the problem then i will be returning it and moving to vodfafone.
for the time that cell phones have been around you would think by now someone was smart enough to make a phone that does what it says on the box it came in.
sorry to sound nasty but telecom cell phones have disappointed me one to many times
