Date: 15 Jul 2009, 06:07 GMT | I have gone through 2 HTC TyTn devices that crashed repeatedly. Extremely poor performance. Very slow response. The phone keeps dialling numbers even when keypad is locked! Camera is poor. Screen and stylus are bad! speaker malfuncioned in both devices. Very disappointed with this device. |

Date: 13 Feb 2009, 19:06 GMT | Have the 6800 through US Cellular,,,This phone is outstanding. All the bells and whistles!!The only 2 items that I had issues with/were lacking are actually carrier dependant but I solved 1 by reflashing the rom and activating the gps radio so now its working great...the other is mms which the carrier does not support on this phone and I cant do anything about that one. I stayed with the Windows op sys primarily because of the manipulation ability of the phone. My Wife has the Crackberry curve and it frustrates me to no end,,partly I will admit because I am not familiar with the op sys. But she is fine with it as it does what she needs it to do. Plus I have found in the past the more you screw with a phone the less stable it potentially becomes,,though so far the 6800 is doing well. |

Date: 01 Dec 2008, 08:23 GMT | The htc TyTN is the biggest piece of junk I've ever has to deal with.
Handling sucks, Windows sucks (not htc's fault, but...), video display sucks, the phone crashes every then and when and I have to restart it on average every 2 weeks.
Stay away from this POS. |
