Date: 28 Oct 2009, 14:57 GMT | The phone was simply very buggy the first year that it was out . . . since that time, Verizon now officially supports OS 5.0 - it's incredible. It is the version of the firmware that should have been shipped with the device from day 1, but wasn't around. With the new firmware running, it is finally comparable to the iPhone. I no longer have any problems with playing mp3 or video files. Simply a great device. |

Date: 27 Sep 2009, 04:11 GMT | I like the phone but I am having problems locating programs for it. Right now I'm still figuring out how to work some of the features. Getting used to the keyboard is a little tricky.... i don't recommend it for people with large kitchen mitts...lol |
