Because repair it only in Alcatel Labs. No one can repair it. almost Movistar tell it to the users. And I receive a new phone when this Mini USB no work more.
This is fault of design. Because all time when you recharge the phone is for this port, when you transfer your information or conect to the Pc Suite, need put the phone in COM mode. When you need transfer the pics or music, need the USB Massive Storage mode, and then need to disconnect the cable of the mini USB and re insert it again and change the option on reconection for make it.
All time the Mini USB support some one push or presion. when conect or disconect cable, recharger or data transfer USB. |
