    suddenly i can't send my text messages. It goes to not sent and stored. any ideas welcome as have tried everything......??????

    Hi Zoe, You need to go into menu> settings> profiles> general> edit> mode> change the mode to silence

    how do you put the Alcatel OT-280 into silent mode? i don't want it to vibrate or make any noise at all....
