DropTask is a great task management tool for the entire team
Task management can be difficult, even for the most organized individuals. Working in teams and coordinating multiple individuals makes such a job even more difficult, which can be a nightmare for obvious reasons.

That’s why a tool such as DropTask can make things incredibly easy, especially since it allows users to collaborate with other people, making for a perfect tool for groups looking to wrap up various projects.

First thing first, DropTask allows you to create an account by using an email address, but it also supports social login via Google and Facebook.

Cross-platform tool

Since the same tool is available on the web and will soon make its way to Android, cross-platform is not an issue, which means you can handle everything anywhere you are. As you launch the app, you’ll be able to view the tasks you’ve created. These can be viewed based on the urgency level you’ve set for the tasks, or by their due date.

You may also view the list of projects you have on your account, as well as the people working on them. Adding more individuals can be done after opening one of these projects. Whether you have already communicated with them or you input their email address, that’s pretty much the same thing.
The project overview area is full of cool features. The Visual View, for instance, is the one thing that sets apart DropTask from many other similar tools.

When choosing to view a project in this manner, you’ll get to see big bubbles representing the bigger projects and smaller ones representing the tasks assigned to each of these. These can be dragged and drop from one project to another and opening up any of the tasks provides a wealth of settings.

For instance, you can choose who will work on said task, what’s its urgency and importance levels and how much effort will go into it, the due date and any attached files that those working on it have uploaded.

Great tool

Working with DropTask is a breeze and there are plenty of features that make what seems to be a simple app, into a very complex one that should make your office hours that much easier. Even better, managing your home projects could also work just as well since there’s a very nice priority system in place for the tasks.

The fact that you can work on your projects even when you have no Internet connection is a nice bonus, since the app syncs as soon as you're back online.
