14 DAY TRIAL // Sony has recently unveiled the Xperia Z5 family, which consists of the Xperia Z5, Xperia Z5 Compact and Xperia Z5 Premium. While the devices are yet to start shipping out to consumers, the Japanese company has already made them available for pre-order in select territories.
Sony has already put the Xperia Z5 family up for pre-order in the UK, but if you’re living somewhere in the Northern countries (including Denmark, Norway, Finland and Sweden), we have even more good news for you. If the Xperia Z5 Compact is your device of choice, then you should know that Sony will also be throwing in a pair of Sony MDR-10RC headphones free of charge.
The headphones are worth around €105 / $118, so it’s a pretty cool freebie to be handed out like that.

The Xperia Z5 sports a 4.6-inch IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen display that supports HD (720p) resolution and features scratch-resistant glass and oleophobic coating. The smartphone is powered by a Snapdragon 810 processor, which is complemented by 2GB of RAM and 32GB of expandable storage (via microSD card slot up to 200GB).
A 23MP rear-facing camera is included in the Xperia Z5 Compact, which comes with many improved features in comparison with other Xperia flagship smartphones. There’s also a 5.1MP camera up in front that can capture full HD (1080p) video.
