The two phones have gotten even more premium

Samsung has recently introduced the Galaxy Note5 and Galaxy S6 edge+ high-end smartphones. But if the two phablets aren’t premium enough for you and you’d like to make them even more exclusive, the good news is that now you can.

Golden-plate phone specialist Karalux Store has turned its attention towards the new Samsung duo and has replaced the metal parts on the two devices with golden plates that boast a protective layer on top.

The same process was applied to gold-plate the fancy Rolls-Royce you can see in the gallery below.

Karalux applied the same process on the Galaxy S6, S6 Edge and Note 4, so it seems they are quite fond of Samsung phones.

The gold plating process for the two phablets costs around $355 / €312, so add that to the cost of the Galaxy Note5 or Galaxy S6 edge+ to get the final sum. The Galaxy Note5+ with 32GB of internal storage can be purchased for $768 / €674, which makes the golden plated version of the phablet worth $1,123 / €987 - not a negligible sum by far.

For the time being, we’re not told whether the gold-plated Galaxy Note5 and Galaxy S6 edge+ will be available for sale. What we’re told is that the devices will be exhibited at the Karalux Store, so if you’re in Hanoi, you could swing by and check them out.
