The phone seems to have a cutout for a stylus

LG is hosting a press event on October 1 during which we assume the LG V10 handset with two displays will be launched into the wild. But the fact is, there’s another LG smartphone that has been rumored for a while and hasn’t showed up yet.

We’re talking about the LG G4 Pro, and the last time we heard of it, we told you that the handset could arrive on October 10. Although at this point it’s pretty hard to believe that the company will be launching two products 10 days apart.

Anyway, while we wait to hear more on the fate of the G4 Pro, @Upleaks has just posted a bunch of images showcasing the purported device encapsulated in a case and the case itself shot from multiple angles.

Looking at the leaked images, we can see the T-shaped hole on the back of the case, which will probably accommodate the camera and the physical buttons, plus the flash-LED and the laser autofocus.

On the top side of the case, there are 2 holes, one probably meant for a headphone jack, while the other’s purpose remains a mystery. Maybe a stylus?

Down to the bottom there’s space for the USB port and two other holes. For what exactly? We don’t know for sure at this point.

As for specs, we should expect the LG G4 Pro to be quite powerful, coming with a 5.7-inch display with QHD resolution (1440 x 2560 pixels) and probably a Snapdragon 810 under the hood, although rumors indicating that a Snapdragon 820 would be included have been thrown around. However, this is out of the question if the phone launches next month.
